Who is this person/what is the source of this image?
I've seen this image attributed to being Rebecca Ford, but that doesn't seem to be true at all (doesn't look like her, etc). The earliest place I can find this image being posted was on 4Chan in 2016 in a 'public nudity' thread on /b/. Nothing comes up (apart from that post). Any source that says this is Rebecca Ford is most likely not the source for aforementioned reasons

That photo is indeed attibuted to being Rebecca Ford pretty much everywhere and for a good reason, it really looks like her both face- and body-wise. Unfortunately, it is not her. The woman in the picture goes by NackedJackie / Jackie Stevens. Here are a few pictures after a quick google search:
