My idiot approach using Chrome.
Make sure Dev Tools is open before submitting Start Search request (right click -> 'Inspect' or Cntrl + Shift + I ) .
Once the search has been returned, in Dev tools under Network, select the 'get results' xhr type prior to all the thumbnails in the left hand side list. In the right hand pane click on the 'results: ...' heading to expand list of all results. For each result has a quality figure.

Also, using the free version it has the partial source URL (i.e., 1st 25 chars) as opposed to the image URL which can help sometimes (for sites like fapello it at least gives you the first 3 or 4 chars of model name which helps the search on the site).noname2342 years agoreport
