When I searched for OPs picture, I first found this Russian forum post:

When you look closely, her name is credited in Cyrillic below the pic. And when you search for this name via google, you'll find all the other content of her online.

I'm not sure when OPs pic was taken and published. I noticed that she recently released a photoset titled Milk:
