it is not from a hentai. it is a commissioned art/animation for the site hentai pro it was an ad specially made for the site. not a clip taken from an hentai. Hentai Pro hasn't credited the artist either. you can tell it's not from a hentai because of the janky animation style.

Seems to be a commission by hentaipros to an individual artist for advertising purposes, it's been around for years and no one has found a definitive source, at least afaikRB29report
