Help with Movie Title?

Movie is probably from mid 80's - 90's, it was the very first one that I've ever seen, It is American or at least shot in America and all I can remember with the plot is that the lead actress is a car thief. There was a night sex scene inside a car; a lesbian scene where they used either a plastic water bottle or a plastic bag filled w/ water as a dildo; and there was a day sex scene on the hood of a police car I remember the terrain is dirt I think they were beside a barn or ranch.
