CHALLENGING QUESTION: Who is this platinum-blonde cam-girl with a mole above her lip?

I forget the exact website I found this gif on (although you can find many websites with it through TinEye), but it seems to be an ad for cam websites. Through a small amount of digging I believe it's a common gif-link cover that's used by multiple camsites. On one website the gif linked to Chaturbate, on another, StripChat, so it doesn't appear to be a cam-exclusive gif, (might not even originally be a gif that was taken from a camsite). Please help, thank you!
