As displayed at the beginning of the footage, this short scene was shot during a photo session. The pictures were published on Suze Randall's Suze.Net in August 2000 under the title #MC04 Joey & Mitch.

Apparently, a second short clip from the same photo session exists in which they both pee a lot, appropriately titled Pee On Me. This one was released by House Of Piss for website House Of Taboo - and it's even shorter (2:05 min).

At the moment, I can't find a working link for this pee scene anywhere, but this is the scene capture:
