What video is the dancing girl in the blue top from?

In the very first shot when you click to play the video, the intro, for HALF A SECOND there's a girl moving her butt in what seems to be a well executed skilled dance move. We can only see her back and she's wearing a baby blue top with white leaf designs and a white panties.
