After making what I thought was a joke (because I figured the questioner knew this was from a porn), I couldn't resist trying to get an idea what that shot really was from, and it turned out to be... Sissy Spacek from the original Carrie!!
There are a lot of places you can pick up Carrie from 1976, although it's a classic horror movie and not porn.
