There is a user on xHamster who uploaded a video that has your pic as a thumbnail:

When you watch this clip, you can see your picture at mark 3:08 min. And you can see that there's a filter effect on the footage - that's why it feels like vintage porn.
But you can also spot 2 arrows (left and right) that look similar to the back and forth arrows on instagram. If I had to guess: These are all photos uploaded to instagram (or to similar photo apps/websites), and this clip is a collage of these photos with a filter effect.
So, there's most likely no film or video footage of the girl. I don't know her name, but it's possible that she is in other photos included in this collage.
I don't want to check this myself - but that would be a starting point for someone else more interested in finding out.newbie2report
