Long-term Confirm thread
This thread is for confirms of SOMEONE ELSE'S answers that were correctly answered at least 3 months ago.
It is NOT for confirms of your answers, no matter how old.
We all would suggest deleting those like we do in the normal confirm thread.
We suggest deleting the individual links that have been “confirmed” from your posts. Once all links have been “confirmed,” you can also delete the entire post.
Deleting these allows the users to focus on the ones still needing confirms and the mods to mark others as solved.

This post is for answers that have the correct info but have been overlooked for months or years. If you look at the one I posted you will see it has been out there for 3 years. Yes, the thread description had this minor inaccuracy. (I have now corrected it.) But in my opinion, this thread is for old but correct answers that simply have not been confirmed. It is not about waiting for the correct “own” answers to become “old.”
