This is soooooo hard to find! I already spent hours doing image search for frames of the clip that you posted, but I still can't find the title of the movie... :-(
The only clue that might help: image search suggests that the girl who is watching the couple fuck is Swedish/Thai porn actress Pirya aka Goy, Pirja, Pirko, Pirkoo, Pirkooj, Pirya Tai, Pirya Thai.

They look very very similar, especially when she was very young - so this could actually be correct. The big problem is that I can't find a movie/scene with her that matches the scene that you're looking for.
She was active from 2002 to 2007 - so if this is indeed her, you have to search for a Swedish production that was done during this time. On Xhamster, there's currently a huge compilation of her porn scenes - it's almost 4 hours of footage:
