Which scene or who is she?

Her name is Shay aka Shay Golden, Chelsea Freeman, Leanna Leigh, here with Smokey aka Kaleb Jason or Jason Kaleb, in a b/w, cropped and horizontally flipped picture from a photoset originally titled Shay Golden and Smokey. The original picture looks like this:
