can anyone tell me the name or code.

I keep finding videos with just number titles like so does anyone know the reason why they do this or does it help find the code or video? I wanted to find a video that had the same style title but it got deleted i was able to get the thumbnail picture before it got taken down but since im too low level i cant post it here if anyone with higher points can help me ill send the photo pls.
