DUGA has all four parts ( https://duga.jp/search/=/seriesid=28651/ ). Unfortunately, each part is 1,047 yen ($6.68 US), making it more expensive to buy than the official site. The DUGA downloads are only 480p quality. I'm not sure of the resolution on Sanwa.
Furthermore, a magazine was released with an included DVD containing the full 2hr52min movie (meaning it's likely a much higher quality). It sold for 3,143 (or $20). Unfortunately, it's out of print and I've been trying in vain to hunt down a print copy for years. However, you can buy a PDF of the book on the official Sanwa store page:
