Often "First Scene" is advertised and there was also a porn series that had this as an "advertising slogan" - I think it was called "Ultimate Firsts" - but this does not necessarily have to originate from reality.

From time to time - but rarely - you can find information about the "first scene" in the Wiki entries or the iMDB entries. From time to time, however, you can gauge it from the movie listings in www.iafd.com and the "release date" of the movie/scene.
