Where is this from and their names?

Their names are - very hard to find.

The photographer of this picture is Martin Zurmühle aka Martin Zurmuhle from Switzerland. Official websites include:

It seems that specific photos and photosets by him are very hard to find online because he's quite well known (copyright). Some of the websites are also restricted (nudity) and/or you have to pay to see the photos.

The picture/s was/were definitely shot in 2013 or prior to 2013. And according to the following article, they might've been taken during one of his workshops in the castle of Paray-le-Frésil, France (or a different castle):

And when you look at the url, it includes the name Sandra. But that's the only clue that I found so far. I'm not sure how to proceed right now, to be honest... :-(
