Face does not match Brittney Alger's, answer appears to be incorrect.
Another name that has been suggested for her is Alina Astrovskaia (Astrovskaya), this is also incorrect, as far as I can tell, using the AI face compare at faceshape(dot)com.
I have been able to figure out who the photographer was though, they were a team who went by Vicoolya&Saida (@VicoolyaSaida), also see the watermark at the top left.
I have scoured some of their online archives (500px, insta) but was unable to find this particular shot.wahnsinreport
