This footage is most likely not from a movie, but from a now defunct website called "Girls In Control" that belonged to the network "Wank Pass." If you're interested in how this looked like back then -> here are 2 urls from 2011 courtesy of the wayback machine:

Searching there won't help, though. Because it was a paysite and all the content was never archived by the wayback machine. The good thing is -> there is a channel that has tons of material from "Girls In Control":

And this is the place where you can start looking for the footage from the clip above. Just for example -> go to this video:
At around 2:35 min in this video, there is a hard cut and you see a sub licking the left knee of the master. When you go to the clip that you posted, that's happening shortly after the clip starts at 0:05 min. This is only 1 example, I assume there are more; I didn't check, I just spotted this one, too:
So, basically, it's the same footage, but there are obviously different cuts inbetween. It seems to me the "raw" footage was not a scripted movie, but more like a web show or cam show. That's why I don't think you'll find a movie release. Instead, I would search for website rips with footage. I'm not sure they ever existed, but that would be my best guess.
