The general consensus from the other answers, is that the face belongs to Rinna Ly, who I've never heard of.
She's tagged on here via 3 answered questions using the same photo.
This is not aimed at you, but as there's no part of Kylie Quinn's body showing, it seems ridiculous these answered questions should be added to Kylie Quinn's tag.
If the face is AI these posts should be removed.

According to other answers, this may be Kylie Quinn's body but it is definitely not her face.
