Anyone knows who is she?

Her name is Minnie Meadows aka Victoria Milton, Lenora Lovegood, here in a cropped picture taken by photographer Kenton Samuel aka Darknamelessone, Darknamelessonephotography in 2014.

Unfortunately, no video exists - only a photoset.

At the bottom of the following picture from the same photoshoot, you can spot the official credit of the photographer:


And then it took me an hour to find more pictures from the same set and her name Minnie Meadows on her old (inactive) account on ModelMayhem (MM):

For posterity, I'm going to put these 15 pics from the set on imagebam. It's incomplete and it does not include OPs pic - but it's definitely her from the same photoshoot.
