I am looking for the right movie which is the basis of this thumbmail.

I have a real expert question here and hope to get help here, it's a crazy question. Maybe we can clear it up.

I found this video thumbmail which to all appearances has a wrong title.
The title of the thumbmail is "Extreme Anal", the covers are also to a movie called "Extreme Anal".

I assume it is a movie made between 1997 and 2005.

Does anyone know the movie that matches the thumbmail?
