Hard question, what video is this pic from?

Sorry for the low quality pic. I originally found this pic here but it seems the entire site was shut down so I couldn't find any better image.
It's hard to tell, the guy could maybe be Manuel Ferrara? I don't know about the girl though. It looks like a scene from Vixen or Tushy maybe, but I didn't find anything similar on those sites.
