(2nd Variant) Anyone got the name or source? Couldnt find it again

Surprisingly found it on Instagram with numerous others belonging to an account, this being the 1st image of one of the posts.
I also converted this one to save, but I have since forgotten the account or anything leading to it.

Text is @小公主唐恕 or "Little Princess Tang Shu" but wasnt helpful for me.

Uploaded both images to secure the chance that either variant would be traceable.
