Can you help me find the video, read description

First, this is not the video or the girl, it's just a picture that I had to use. The video is of a blonde girl in detention. She is in detention at first with an oldish teacher who leaves and then a different teacher comes in. She fingers herself. The teacher makes her write stuff on the board. Kind of like the way Bart Simpson does in the Simpsons intro. She then purposely hits his head with her ass a couple of times. Pls help I have been looking for this video for so long.
