name of the series or movie

it was about a grandson, or nephew who moves in with his perverted uncle, and he meets a girl at his school. He brings her over one day, and he dirty uncle catches her undressing or whatever. he proceeds to bargain with her, that if she shows him her boobs, all is forgotten.
