How to report posts spamming in wrong category?

there are a lot of posts lately that are tagged wrongly (not in the orientation way, but for instance the image i show is tagged for "deepthroat"), which is annoying as it makes it harder to go through a tag and find relevant posts. is it possible to report/delete these posts? if you want to see what i mean, go to "deepthroat" tag, where some guy spammed 50 posts with all the same tags with title "brunettes full name? 22"
