Who are these girls?

OP's pic is a composite, note the lack of shadows cast by the group on the right. only one positively identified is the shorter-haired blonde in middle of both groups, she is Sara St James aka Jacqueline Lovell who was prolific during the mid 1990s to early 2000s. the photo set is from New Rave magazine July 1995
