Forgive me if this should be a comment instead - I couldn't really tell from the "help page" on how to answer, but I feel it answers the question in that it may bring some closure.
It seems this picture is a one off. It's featured on many different sites, most of which suggest the woman is British and hiking in "Old Windsor, England", but with no name or other pictures. A similar thread on another website also confirms this
