I downloaded it to check, and it turns out the cover and back cover (which, after closer inspection, has pics from the very scene you are trying to identify!) is misleading... Monika Sommer has no scenes in that room AT ALL, scene 3 is the only one she has.
Still, it's clear the scene you are looking for, the final scene of this movie, and another scene (that has a partial version floating around: https://xhamster.com/videos/german-family-therapy-bukkake-orgy-xh966jN) were probably part of the same production.
