This is Kurokawa Meisa aka Tia Bejean and she has many other names.

She had plastic surgery. She had bigger boobs and her skin become whiter. I didnt recognize her at all, I just knew when I searched for her name on some sites. I think shes beautiful as is and she didnt need any surgery. The picture on the left is what she looks like before (scene from DANDY-202, shes the last girl).
