name of the character is sugimoto from golden kamui, name of the artists are nishida and usa, they use to do doujinshis with the same character and topic but there are a lot similar, so its a little ahrd to me to search in every single manga, its like "its a genderbender sugimoto doujinshi" yeah... but...
