I've never done this, but I think they just add a fisheye effect to a regular POV video and double the image and that's it. Or even if they actually put the effort to use the special equipment to make VR videos, the same effect would apply since they just use lenses with a wider range. I assume editing softwares have a built in feature to remove that distortion.

I don't think there's an online tool to do this, you'll probably have to download an editing software and do it yourself but I'd just wank it to something else to be honest
