The correct answer has been provided below, if you're interested in the image/video then it's there for you to go look at. Others who try to provide answers don't want to see these old, already answered questions pop up, there's no reason for it.
If your goal is truly to get the attention of the OP, then check their profile. This post is a year old, the person has had zero activity for a year - they literally posted this and have not been active at all. You can see that this post is marked as "Following" under their profile, they'll have a notification if/when they log in.

That's it, there is literally nothing else to discuss here. @hlenhart I don't think i quite understand where you are coming from. How do i waste your or others time by bumping posts? Because you get a notification on a followed post? Or do you go after the latest answers and comments on the left side? I am confused in both cases, if you follow the post you want to be informed of updates, and since you didn't confirm the answer given yet, you might not have seen it, no? And if you go by the column on the left you see that it's just a bump. so you don't have to look after it. I would gladly put the posts in the confirm thread, but i since i barely get my own posts confirmed when not putting them on repeatedly over a few days, i don't feel the work of putting other peoples posts in is worth it. Also, i already got a few OPs to confirm answers that were months back and apparently went unnoticed, so feels like it's working somewhat.
