I thought I knew Nika Noir, (official spelling) but did not recognize her at first... guess that is the tall Russian after all. The photo appears to have originated from www.vice.com, but when I ran a search for "vice.com nika noire," I came up dry. (EDIT: thought she was Russian given her accent, but turns out she is Ukrainian. Shame on me for confusing the two, especially given current events.) I also searched for "Nika" from the Vice site, with similar non-results.
Now don't tell me the fellow is Robert De Niro.
