You can upload your video/photo using an external site (xhamster, xvideos, etc) and then use that link here.

I don't recall exactly how much but I think you can submit pictures and gif your your posts once you reach 1000 point on your profile. It might take you a while to get enough though
You know you can use links to load images insted of uploading them. If you're trying to search a very specific picture that does not have a available link online, you can upload the pic on Xvideos on a public album and use the link from there on your post here
For example. I've uploaded a picture of a DVD cover there on my account, here...

Than, if I put if on full screen and right click on it I can select to open the image in a new tab and copy the link from this tab to use here on NameThatPorn. So you have a link with just the Image, like this...

This should work so any picture you want to create a new post about, regardless of your level here, can be used. Even if it's just a screenshot from something or even a full video.
