Who is the blonde in the picture?

I don't have the source and the Reddit post I got it from was removed, but it had no answers nor useful description. Google Search only linked to a Twitter post but again without any useful description, name, or anything whatsoever. Looks like it's from a Blacked video, but I couldn't find the specific video in their website so I couldn't identify the girl.
