Ok so I'm not able to find a full name for this model but I found a Sharesome account that posted a few pictures of her with the name Mary. I've DMed the owner of the Sharesome account to see if he has more information on her and I will edit this answer when I have more information.

However that is obviously not enough information to find a full name but I found a few other galleries linking to more pictures of her (you can find even more websites hosting them by searching on Google "Cute teen loves wearing various black stockings"):

Most of the galleries like these have the same title and have been uploaded by LoveHomePorn.com but do not list the name of the model in them nor can I find them on their uploader's website.
Also, while reverse image searching the image posted on this NTP thread, I've managed to find a Reddit profile on Google by the name of "sexyhorny3322". However, the profile is has been deleted or is banned even though the reverse search confirms the presence of the image on the account on a previous occasion. Searches for the username "sexyhorny3322" do not lead to the picture or model as well.
