Looking for name of this black haired asian on DVD cover, or trackable code of the movie

Only thing I remember about the movie itself are the woman in cover being a head of office, and two scenes; One where male assistant was summoned to boss-lady's office while wearing a crotchless business suit, and another where group of men were staring at her pussy through a small piece of frosted glass on top of a desk.
Language spoken was most likely japanese, small chance of it being chinese.
