Where Can I Find This Video of Avery?

This picture comes from exgfgonebad.com, but buying a membership to watch this video years ago led me to nowhere near finding and watching this video. Today, I found out through this site and this picture that somebody else asked who this was, leading me to find out her name is Avery among other aliases. However, it did not lead to finding the scene this picture is from, but rather other scenes. I should emphasize that the site where I found this from does not work for finding this video and is essentially a waste of money.
