Saw it on an image website saying shes a chinese cosplayer, saw a pic of it in reddit asking also for the source but there has been no reply. There are two image of her, this one and a meiko shiraki cosplay wearing school uniform. A @kenwithn can be found on the image but a quick google search gives no result.
