wfull=1#post1402723 on Feb 6, 2009, when she was only seventeen. She started modeling only in 2011. The proof link from@Katflying37 is dead, the other links don't mention Tessa Fowler. This girl only sorta looks like Tessa anyway.

Her name is Samantha Riffle according to https://www.allmystery.de/themen/mg38317-18 & https://www.allmystery.de/themen/mg38317-17 . I can't find anything more under that name. A poster on reddit claims that https://imgur.com/a/kBcJA this are more pictures of her.
