Anyone know where to find this image (w/o text) and/or other images or vids related?

It's pretty obvious who the man is in the picture. Found it from a Twitter post where the OP claiming to be an artist was venting about her account being banned for uploading this content. Just curious if anyone knows where this stuff might be available. Thanks
