Her name is/was Rayna Lee aka Rayna, Rayne Lee, here in an uncredited and non-sex role, in a scene titled The Sweethearts starring Allison Evers, Brooklyn Dayne, Cammie Fox, Casey Cumz, Emma Ash, Taylor Dare, and many unidentified girls and guys, released on website College Rules in June 2011.

Note:

She is not officially credited, but you can identify her by her unique colourful tattoo on the left side of her body (is this the hip area, or the pelvis - I don't know). When you watch the full stream above, you can spot her on at least 2 occasions:

1.) From mark 33:18 min to 33:58 min, she is dancing in the middle of a crowd and strips her jean shorts, her orange top, and her bra. In this sequence, you can clearly spot her tattoo.

2.) From mark 53:56 min to 54:07 min, the guy who films this scene behind the camera enters a room and asks her after another girl - this is the sequence that includes the picture that the OP uploaded here in this NTP.

Now, let's take a look at the tattoo. I made a screenshot at mark 33:56 min of the stream, but the quality is abysmal, because she's dancing and the footage is old:

I also looked for official photos from the scene in which you can spot her and the tattoo, and I found these two pics:

So, according to IAFd, Rayna Lee was only active in 2010 and 2011, starring in a few scenes, many of them lesbian scenes and/or non-sex roles. One of these scenes is titled Bad Girl Needs Punishment, with Chloe James for website She's A Freak / network Mofos:

You can clearly spot her tattoo, and it's the same tattoo that you can see in the pics above. She also did a scene for website BangBus / network BangBros titled Rain doesn't stop BangBus, in which you can spot her tattoo. For example, take a look at this short clip at the end:

And here's a picture with almost the same outfit, the tattoo, and the navel jewelry that she wears in the scene from College Rules:

So, without a doubt, that's Rayna Lee.
