Anyone know this actress or what movie it’s from?

Her name is Alina Olshanska aka Alina Olshanska-lobanova. She's a photomodel and works as a motion designer and video editor - she's not a pornstar.

OPs picture is from a short clip titled Lovers - Calender 2015, directed by Alexander Nedbaev in connection to the publication of an erotic calender by photographer Ruslan Lobanov. The director uploaded the clip at the end of 2014 on YouTube:

And in regards to her name: At mark 2:26 min, the actors in the clip are credited, but with their first names only. I made a screenshot:


One of these names belongs to the model in OPs picture - but which one? Per image search, I found proof that it is Alina - she's now married to the photographer. When I went through her pics on instagram, I couldn't find OPs pic. But the following BTS pic is from 2015 - she has the same hairdo and looks exatcly like the model in OPs pic:
