Where can I find this video? What is the name if this girl?

Her name is/was Alisa May aka Alisamay, Alisamae, Missalisa, Miss Alisandra, Eve Phoenix - she did some webcamming on MFC and had an account on ManyVids several years ago. It looks like now she's also using the name Alisandra Midas for all her online (porn) activity.

OPs gif was produced by someone else who took a sequence from one of her videos on ManyVids, manipulated it, and put it on reddit - 6 years ago. You can read about it here:
