There doesn't seem to be any known creator of these images. Its possibly, but unlikely, Cass-raps the user who uploaded the images, because these images exist nowhere else, that I know of, and all of these images were uploaded by the same account. They are also more likely very well done photoshops of scenes from the movie Ralph Breaks the Internet than actually original art.
