Who is this performer?

I've had this one photo in my collection since 2002
(timestamp:7/8/2002). I do not know where it came from.
I guess i've became quite forgetful because I have many
more, to share.

Also, I reverse image searched, with Yandex results in many
not matching. Other searches find nothing.
Who is she?
