Her name is Miss Mouse, or simply "Mouse". She was an infamous stage performer during the mid 2000s in UK around the Glastonbury area and frequently performed sex shows live on stage. She was most infamous for eating wet dog food and performing "dog food enema". Her involvement in the Lost Vagueness festival, along with other very edgy performances likely hastened the demise of the festival.
The only definitive resource I can find on this is the 2017 documentary on the festival, which includes some clips of her performances and interview of herself and others about her. Outside of this documentary there is nearly no info about her, nor any social media or online media about her or her performances. There is only the one uploaded to thisvid of the performance in the image. If anyone finds anything at all (and they must exist, as the video was probably part of a DVD compilation or similar release), please let us know here. She's one of a kind and there has been nobody like her since.
