Saw this on hanime tv's ahegao category thumbnail but cannot find source anywhere

As the title suggests this is hanime.tv's ahegao category banner. Reina is written on the breast but not sure if it is the character's name or artists name; couldn't find anythibg via reverse image search. Thanks for any help.
